That's me, wearing the pants.
- I put on the pants and I lifted it a bit as I'm going to make it as a high waisted.
- While I'm lifting the pants up to the upper belly, I pinned them to determine how much excess fabrics on both sides I want to remove. To make it easier, I turn the pants inside out to pin and marking them.
- Next, I sew both seam along the marked until it attached back with its original sewing, like the pictures below.
Then, I folded both legs that have been cut. But I ensure both folded part are the same and balance. Now, wallaaa~ It's done! High waisted short. It's quite vintage-looked, actually.
P/S : I don't have a chance to take a picture of me wearing my altered high waisted short due to my busy college's schedule. But I'll make sure I take a picture of me wearing this high waisted short and upload it soon. Okay then, see ya!
